Booty Gains for Petite woman

Once upon a time, I had a sad little booty I was built like the little alien on men and black with mucles. I set out on a summer journey to growing my booty and defining my abs. Here are couple of my meal prep ideas and exercise I used to grow my booty without a BBL. This is a 3 part series including at workouts, Gym workouts & Meal plans (Below is a visual)

Tip: Girl you have to be changing what you eat! When I was trying to get to my dream weight I had to eat and drink more protein

Here is a quick meal prep for Breakfast!

Prep time: 5 Min Total time 5 mins 111kal High in protein, low in calories and high in fiber

1 cup of normal or plain unsweetened almond milk

3 table spoons of chia seeds

1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Stir together all ingredients in a small bowl or jar and refrigerate until it reaches desired thickness. Eat or store in covered in the fridge for up to five days.

Do this every day when you wake up and before you go to bed!
